DescriptionimATHLETE provides online race registration and management software to support any endurance event big or small. Whether a local 5k race, an international marathon, Olympic Triathlon, or half century cycling event, we offer solutions to help drive more registrations, collect more donations, engage more participants, and generate more revenue. Along with our technology, our customer service team sets the industry's bar for support by offering tailored, knowledgeable and timely guidance to our customers and their event participants.
We are looking for people who want to join our customer service team in our Santa Monica office. Support calls and emails. Initial client discussions to get them started using our product(s). Supporting the Race/Event Directors in every way we can.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Event/Race Directors as part of our Account Management/Support Team. Answer calls and emails. Guide them through the initial set-up and use of our system. Document and escalate potential bugs and product enhancements.
We have a very pleasant, supportive team in our Santa Monica office. We hope to hear from you and have you us join that team, and soon.
RequirementsWe've found that an interest in road races and similar events can be useful, though it is not a "must". What IS a requirement is a genuine interest in being helpful and in learning as much as possible about our product offering and client needs.
Technical expertise is useful (nothing too Techy…Internet, email, Excel) but it is more important that you can think on your feet, be a quick and eager learner and can get along well with both clients and our support team. We are an internet-based SAAS. We believe that working for a growing company like ours that blends registration, fundraising and e-commerce technology and skills will prove useful for your personal career growth and can only help you down the road.
