DescriptionFounded by some of the most well-known and highly acclaimed Youth Fitness Specialists in the world, Athletic Revolution has the distinct advantage of being the international ‘name brand’ when it comes to sports performance and fitness training for participants ages 6 – 18.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, hard working, and energetic person to assist with our youth softball and baseball training program. This position does require some travel for off-site training. Only applicants who have either played sports or has coaching experience need to apply.
Responsibilities• Train youth, student athletes and teams using AR program methodology
• Educate clients on athletic performance training
• Continually further knowledge of the AR methodology
• Properly assess each athlete against AR model
• Utilize effective cues and techniques to improve athlete performance
• Meet with athletes and/or parents to give progress updates
• Track client sport schedules and successes
• Educate clients on additional aspects of athletic performance
RequirementsCandidates must have:

We can teach you the basics of how our business works, but we can't teach you how to have a passion for working with young people!
Desire to learn and grow: I’m serious about this! I want a person who is motivated to get better every day and who isn’t shy about suggesting ideas on how we can improve the business. I do not want a robot that simply follows a checklist, I want someone who learns and grows with our company.
Able to work independently: This is a must! You must be able to function efficiently on your own when training off-site. I will not be there to hold your hand all the time.
