Description

Six1Five Sports Training works with athletes from 5 years old to professional players. Our focus is making each athlete better at their sport. Speed training is done in classes throughout the day determined by age. Strength training is done in classes for the younger athletes and individual programs for athletes in high school or above. Personal instruction is also offered for position-specific training. Six1Five Sports Training is located in Mt. Juliet, TN, and serves athletes from all over the greater Nashville area.

Responsibilities

-Helping teach form and technique to athletes
-Making programs for that day's class
-Spotting athletes on their lifts
-Helping lead Strength and Speed classes
-Setting up facility for classes and Instruction (pulling batting cages, pitching machines, etc.)
-Helping maintain a clean facility

Requirements

Intern should be working towards a degree in Exercise Science or a related field. Any experience in coaching or instructing athletes would be useful.
