Our free iPad POS solution is a cloud-based system for restaurants and retail establishments (including cafes, bars, quickserve, food trucks and grocery stores) that enables real time access to data with a scalable, secure, and centrally managed solution. We supply merchants with free iPad based POS equipment and software, loyalty programs and up-to-the-minute sales reporting, and credit card processing services. Upsell clients on loyalty marketing, payroll, mobile and other products and services.

Traditional point of sale is ugly and painful to use, but we're changing that, ditching the ugly old cash registers, and making beautiful software for iPads, touch screens and any other device with a web browser.

Given the recent introduction of mobile payment solutions in general, and the wide-ranging combination of knowledge sets mobile payments encompasses, Paynata is looking for the best combination of skills across a number of areas. Above all, a hyper-focus on customer success, accompanied by the determination and energy to achieve the customer’s objectives, is mandatory.


Job Responsibilities
Fielding incoming sales leads, and closing those leads - Generating additional leads in creative ways, utilizing every resource at your disposal - Managing accounts to make sure you are doing everything in your power to maintain your clients’ positive view of our products and services - Contribute in a wide range of capacities to an entrepreneurial environment, encouraging a proactive attitude - Maintaining contact with leads to ensure a positive view of our company


Job Requirements
Experience in selling to small and mid sized businesses (SMB) is a plus - Experience with ZOHO CRM is a plus - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Ability to foster strong relationships quickly - Detail oriented and proven ability to manage multiple projects - Comfortable in the technology space - Prior experience in customer facing roles - Excellent collaboration and communication skills
