DescriptionMobile Solutions Coordinator
in-touch MOBILE is currently seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our team as Mobile Solutions Coordinator (MSC). The MSC has overall responsibility for the client relationship after the initial sale has be completed. The (MSC) will manage the implementation process for all ITM’s mobile solution including our banner offering THE VET APP. THE MSC will be primary point of contact for all development projects and new functionality added to our suite of offerings.
ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate competency with mobile client solutions including: mobile applications, text message (sms) reminder, mobile commerce, new mobile solutions
Manage implementation process, manage the project change process, manage client expectations, escalate issues that impact timing as appropriate, and identify opportunities for follow-on work or new project.
Manage moderately complex technical aspects with assigned customers.
Project manage several implementations concurrently
Document and track implementation – propose improvements to process as appropriate
Maintain regular communication with assigned clients thru the implementation process
Establish and maintain key technical/business contacts.
Manage internal resources that contribute to customer projects.
Create projects and work directly with developers and other team members to track progress, identify and resolve issues, and look for ways to accelerate delivery
Participate in sales processes when requested.
Provide guidance and mentoring to clients as this might be there first introduction to mobile.
Ensure implementations meet specific timelines
Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Identify opportunities to position other service offerings.
Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation.
Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to Client Engagement Coordinator
Performs other duties as assigned.
RequirementsRequirement (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Detail oriented – strong attention to details – dot the “i’s” and cross “t’s”
Understand client’s environment, motivations and goals of organization
Basic knowledge of HTTP/HTTPs, XML, SMPP, SOAP, REST is not required but a plus
Experience with Database and sqls is a plus
Experience with web based products is a plus
Experience in troubleshooting production issues and working with the Support Team
Experience in app development, mobile marketing is a major plus!
Must be a mobile guru – use apps, have a smart phohe and understand key functionality of the iphone vs android
