DescriptionDrivePop.com is a new startup in the cloud storage and cloud backup space and we are looking for interns to handle our customer support via email and our ticketing system. This is a great oppt for students in the networking or cloud storage field. I don't see this taking up much time so it's a great way to get your feet wet with customers in this industry.
Probably an hour a day is all that is required for busy days. Most days there may just be a few simple tickets to answer.
Additional requirements would be to create FAQ's based on the most asked questions. Also creating how to documents with screenshots on how to use the service and software. So another great opportunity to learn how to put these types of documents together.
ResponsibilitiesAnswering customer support emails. Answer customer support tickets. Answer basic sales questions about the service. Draft up FAQ's and product walkthroughts with explanations on how to use.
RequirementsKnow the basics of Wordpress ( posting, editing)
Know the basics of a CMS. How to navigate, post answers, faq's, etc.
Basic customer service. Know how to handle/talk to customers in a professional manner.
