Description

Campus Ambassador Internship for Social Media Startup
Expected Commitment: 5-10 hours per week
Start Date: Dec 14, 2014
Swagger, a new social media app that lets users challenge their friends to anything and tracks their record, is looking for motivated college students to function as social media interns, creating app-awareness on campus and helping with marketing strategy.
As a social media intern, your job will be to implement creative marketing campaigns to make our app well-known at your campus and to drive downloads and utilization. You’ll have regular conferences with the company’s CEO and Director of Outreach to discuss potential targets, ideas, and goals.
Ideal candidates are scrappy, self-motivated, confident, creative, and outgoing. Swagger is looking for individuals who have a large personal network but also feel comfortable reaching outside of their comfort zone to cast a greater net.
Swagger has a unique flat leadership structure and will reward successful interns with increasing responsibilities. The company can tailor roles to provide interns with resume-ready experience in the fields of social media, smartphone applications, technology, and marketing, making them appealing candidates at the post-graduate level and beyond.
Interested applicants should send their resume to swaggerteam@onswagger.com along with a paragraph explaining why they are interested in the position and an idea of how they might market the app on their unique campus.
To learn more about the app, visit www.onswagger.com. To download, visit our website in your iPhone or iPad browser and click ‘Download’.
