DescriptionBroadAspect is a rapidly growing cloud and network services provider delivering the full spectrum of cloud infrastructure, network and voice services. We are an extension of our customers technology team and succeed when they do.
Our customer service team is made up of individuals that have the unique combination of understanding how our CloudPBX service technology works, while also having great customer communication skills.
Our CloudPBX internship program will provide a comprehensive training program that provides the intern with a full understanding of the CloudPBX platform, core voice functionality and with the ability provision new voice services for existing and new customers.
ResponsibilitiesDaily assignments come from customer and engineering team tickets requesting assistance to:
Provision new CloudPBX voice services
Modify / Change existing voice services
Work with CloudPBX Tier II and III engineering teams to resolve feature / performance issues
Work with CloudPBX engineering team to test new features
RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, detail management and follow-up skills
Ability to quickly learn new online applications and have desire to teach others
Exceptional problem solving skills with ability to develop conceptual models for "how things work" and apply these to daily tasks
Ability to quickly learn new online applications and have the desire to teach others
