Description

As “Community Operations Intern”, you will work with several team members to ensure that Boatbound's community of boat owners and renters experience consistent support from the Boatbound Support team from the time they list their boat to their first rental. You will be an integral part of the operations team!

Responsibilities:
• Be first point of contact to resolve Level 1 customer issues via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot Level 1 support problems with help from available resources and support team.
• Complete various office administrative tasks as necessary.
· Partake in community growth brainstorming sessions and execution

Requirements:
• Current undergraduate student who lives/resides in San Francisco or the greater Bay Area.
• 15 flexible hours per week (some weekend availability).
• Skilled writer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Skills:
• Familiarity with customer support systems.
• Google Docs / Spreadsheets.
• Previous boating experience/knowledge.
