Always be on the alert for potentially fraudulent job postings online - never send money to a potential employer.
DescriptionAre you a Freshman or Sophomore?
Are you hungry?
Do you want to be the first?
We are a young NYC based company solving NYC based problems. With our MVP launch scheduled for December 14th, we are looking for a young, enthusiastic intern to join our small team of overachievers. As a young startup, we won't be able to pay you, but will be offering a stipend and covering all costs. Most importantly, in this role, YOUR OPINION MATTERS.
We are not simply looking for a robot: someone who only does what they’re told.
We want a lion: someone who goes out of their way to not only do what they’re told, but overcome any obstacles and proactively make decisions without constant guidance.
As an early stage startup, this position has tremendous potential to develop into a paid part-time position.
So, do you want to be a growth hacker? You will gain digital marketing experience using the latest platforms.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work with founders to develop and implement the Marketing Strategy.
-Develop and execute on guerrilla and street marketing efforts
-Customer outreach (phone, digital, in-person)
-Online and Offline User Acquisition
-Involvement in Marketing Strategy
-Must be a Freshman or Sophomore; will consider exceptional Juniors
-Must be hungry: never satisfied, always striving to do better
-We are not looking for a specific major, we are looking for a specific personality
-Computer Science major and/or coding experience a plus
3 days a week, 20 hour commitment / flexible schedule
Cover Letter Instructions:
1. Do NOT Google Cover Letters. We are not looking for formal letters.
2. 1-2 paragraphs or a WELL organized outline (yes, bullets are fine)
3. We really want to know why you are interested and why you think you would be great. If you are a hustler, say it. If you have great ideas, share it.
