Position Description - The E-Commerce Business Development and Sales Intern will be responsible for is to expand both the B2B and B2C business with new and existing customers. There are two divisions at ChargeTech - 1.) Business to Business sales, which include large national and global chains placing phone charging stations in public areas such as restaurants, bars, coffee shops, hospitals, car care facilities, universities and events, and 2.) Business to Consumer sales through our e-commerce store and Amazon.com.

Responsibilities

Duties - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and chat live with customers regarding product inquiries and order status information. Proactively contact new and existing customers through phone calls and email marketing. Promote cross selling and up selling of ChargeTech products. Maintain weekly sales quota, phone calls and revenue numbers. Must be familiar with reporting and sales metrics. Build relationships with customers to understand product demands and requirements. Identify opportunity to increase sales and product assortment. Monitor and adjust customer strategies as business changes. Visit customer locations to better understand customers. Maintain intelligence on industry and market place changes that lead to increased opportunities and new or increased competition. Influence customer sales through strategic use of programs, promotions, and advertising support. Educate customer on ChargeTech brand and products. Communicate internally and provide appropriate feedback from customer. Maintain strong brand and product knowledge of ChargeTech and competitors. Provide product development feedback and overall business strategy. Solicit Amazon.com product reviews and feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications - A minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated successful sales experience in consumer electronics, enterprise sales or similar field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; creative problem solver and team builder with skills to influence, implement and lead. Must possess strong organization skills, customer focus, team orientation, flexibility, ability to prioritize with urgency in accomplishing day-to-day responsibilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel, Email Marketing, Graphic Design, Adobe PDF, e-commerce is a plus. Preferred experience in Pardot/Marketo/SalesForce/InfusionSoft. This is a full-time position, base salary plus bonuses.
