The training is for the benefit of the executive trainees;
The executive trainees do not displace regular employees, but work under close supervision;
The employer, WHOmentors.com, Inc., that provides the training receives no immediate advantage from the [NTEE-CC*] activities of the executive trainees and, on occasion, the operations of WHOmentors.com, Inc. may even be impeded; * see http://activitycodes.whomentors.com
The executive trainees are not necessarily entitled to a job at the conclusion of the training period; and
The employer, WHOmentors.com, Inc., and the trainees understand that the executive trainees are not entitled to wages for the time spent in training.
ResponsibilitiesTraining for employment in an executive capacity but actually not performing the duties of an executive employee or independent contractor (meaning no employment relationship implied).
Trains in a junior executive capacity to learn company policies and procedures, and functions and activities of departments with view toward acquiring knowledge of all business phases.
Attends industry-related training workshops to acquire knowledge of organizational setup, staff and line functions, and long and short range business objectives (entrepreneurship).
Completes self-paced, online technical training intended to enhance technical knowledge or skills useful to a specific industry.
Acquires, through ostensible authority and experience from participation in competitive hackathons, to lead/manage a project, an overall knowledge of company business functions, activities, and applicable law.

Must have your own laptop PC or Macbook Notebook with applicable software.
F-1 OPT candidates are eligible. B-1 volunteers can be invited to the USA from abroad. In the USA, you can adjust your status to B-1 to 6 months with one possible 6-month extension.
