The Services Intern, under the guidance of the Director of Services, will provide support for various projects needed to manage a growing organization. By assisting in the day-to-day operations, the intern will gain experience in project management, support services, outreach initiatives, training programs, marketing and web management.

The intern will assist the Director of Services with a variety of projects and initiatives to support the organization. The intern is responsible for managing daily project task lists, coordinating work within the projects, and assisting in the execution of components within a project. There will be a diverse set of items from training projects to helping organize and maintain marketing materials, internal website content development and event support. Under the Director’s guidance, the intern will assist with basic marketing projects, like creating and managing employee success stories, completing mini video vignettes to support learning on internal website or for use in social media/recruiting awareness. They will work on updating training and onboarding content to ensure that new employees have a great experience as they begin with the company.

This internship will provide you with training on the platform, FinancialForce PSA, training and onboarding programs, and will give you the chance to shadow and learn about the professional services industry, consulting, project management, and nonprofits first hand.

• Manage internal documentation, making updates and optimizing content and delivery
• Create internal best-practice "case studies" for training purposes
• Organize team events
• Help with data entry in Salesforce and FinancialForce
• Administrative support for the Director of Services


• Enrolled in business administration, marketing, or similar undergraduate program
• Nonprofit experience a plus, but not required
• Associate degree or a two year undergraduate equivalent
• Local to Austin, Texas area
