Description

21st Century Community Developers, LLC is a Social Enterprise, whose mission is to be a catalyst in getting Americans back to work. To do this, we are seeking to work with profit and non-profit organizations including k-12 schools, colleges and universities, to co-author On-the-Job Training Simulation Software, based on job titles in their organization or in a client's organization. Interns will use a set of our copyrighted OJT Simulation Architecture Diagrams called Knowledge Plasma to design the OJT Simulation Software..
Interns will be assigned to design OJT Simulation Software for job roles in the field of their major. Students will be paid each month an ongoing commission, representing a percentage of the revenues generated from OJT Simulation Software which they designed. OJT Simulations will be published locally, nationally, and worldwide. Contact me for more information. Positions will be available nationwide.

Responsibilities

Intern will be responsible for working with people in Personnel and any other department or group where experts will be found. Interns will spend most of their day interviewing, taking notes, and writing forms to compile the content for the OJT Simulation Software.

Requirements

Must have the ability to effectively communicate with experts. Must have a decent handwriting to fill out our Knowledge Plasma forms. Must have the ability to learn and follow directions. Must have the ability to use a PC with Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint. Need to be able to create and test a PowerPoint Slideshow.
