CloudX is leading the Document Process Outsourcing industry. With state of the art scan facilities, a full suite of cloud-based document management technologies, skilled and affordable processing resources, and the best practices for managing transactional document processes; CloudX helps organizations eliminate the paper burden.
CloudX provides solutions for business professionals in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expense Reporting, Asset Relocation, and other transactional document spaces. All of our solutions are deployed via a SaaS (Software as a service) model.
As an entrepenuerial organization we are constantly looking for new and powerful ways by which we can serve the market. As such, we are looking for top talent to help us in this mission as we grow the business and onboard more customers.
The internship is designed have the intern collaborate with our development team on upgrades to our existing technology as well as assist in the build and review process of new technologies. The Quality Assurance position is pivotal in testing the capabilities and functionalities of our software suite and identifying potential bugs that will then be fixed by our development team.
The intern in this position will gain valuable experience in working with both Junior and Senior level developers to accomplish significant organizational goals. Learning how to work as a team and collaborate with continuous feedback is another hallmark to this internship.
At the direction and mentorship of a technical leader in organization, you'll be tasked with reviewing a list of functions and test scenarios within our core applications to identify possible bugs, ensure streamlined system operation and stability, and look for any typographical errors in the user interface or other design components that require correction.
Additionally, your feedback and recommendations will shape how our end users work with our system and ensure that their user experience is positive and that the system is easy to use.
