Responsibilities-Ability to work with customers to understand their project requirements by using the WinMax qualification process.
-Evaluate candidates strengths based on customer requirements by screening, and interviewing the candidate.
-Proven track record of success in meeting recruiting quotas.
-Ability to conduct introductory and high-level presentations including the demonstration of WinMax’s consulting Services to candidates.
-Ability to negotiate market salaries with candidates.
-Manage communication between the candidates and WinMax. Proactively meet with clients on their changing business needs.
Requirements- Background in Computer Science preferred or any under graduate degree will work
- A driven individual who wants to pursue Technical Recruitment as a career
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computer skills
- Very fast learner
- Possess skills in talking to candidates and understand their technical and business skills
- Good written and spoken communications skills
