DescriptionSuccessful Women Owned, Moving & Storage Company Established in 1991 is growing and needs assistance with a variety of tasks.
Position is for approximately 20-30 hours a week
Office hours are 8-5PM and company is located in San Jose, CA.
Work is not virtual and would require that the person come to the office.
Responsibilities- Research - compile list of realtors and mortgage brokers in the bay area from various resources
- Assistant to salesman/estimator with out of office sales appointments, home surveys, taking notes/pictures & entering client information into database
- Customer Service (interacting with clients on a daily basis)
- Some basic office tasks will also be required, filing, data entry.
- Assisting other staff with special projects involving sales & marketing, both direct and on-line
NOTE: Position is being developed so other duties will be added as needed
Requirements- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
