Description

Our company is an upcoming Art Historical Journal which encompasses many topics within the field of Art History named "Art On The Banks". As opposed to our other more linear positions, this position is simply a general submission of an op-ed, or short research paper in which a specific pointed is attempted to be proved. The topics can range anywhere from Ancient to Contemporary Art, can concentrate any any medium ranging from statues, to paintings, to architectural sites; all so long as a clear thesis statement is made, and defended by researched points Our goal is to build not only a journal, but a community of those willing to share the love of art history with the public.

Responsibilities

-Writing an Article a quarter-yearly (Or monthly if within applicant's ability) article on a topic prevalent to Art History
-Articles must be between 2,000-4,000 words, preferably accompanied by an image
-Sharing accepted articles via social media (Only if applicant has social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter etc.)

Requirements

-Enrolled in an Art related major (Art History, Visual Art etc.) in an accredited college
-Desire to join an unpaid online Art Historical Community, with willingness to learn and contribute
-Official or Unofficial College Transcript
-Cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0
-A writing sample of at least 2,000 words
-Resume w. Cover Letter
