DescriptionWe are Equine Business Strategies; we provide customized coaching and consulting packages to those in the equine industry, whether they are farriers, coaches, trainers, etc. As a Copy Writer, Blogger and Journalist for EBS you are the first impression that a potential account reads. Thus, it is important that you are always professional and courteous.
The person(s) chosen for this position are responsible for writing 100% original content for all of our written branding such as, but not limited to: blogs, web copy, newsletters, press releases, e-book editing, copy writing, webinars, teleseminars, blog radio scripts, sales and marketing scripts, business cards, posters and much more.
As Equine Business Strategies interns you are required to do and be your best. This will help to get our ideas, values and ethics across and ultimately helps you and everyone else with our Equine Business Strategies Team reach our financial goals. While representing Equine Business Strategies, you are expected to be professional, courteous and maintain your work in a neat and organized manner.
ResponsibilitiesThis is a numbers game and the more copy you write, the more you will make and the more tasks completed means better status and jobs appointed to you.
Good phone and Skype etiquette are a must, as well as, excellent oral and written communication.
A positive attitude toward stopping one project, doing an ASAP project and then back to last project is a critical success factor.
Approaching each project with a positive attitude is what we are looking for.
An ability to think on your feet and turn projects in at a quick pace.
Strong work ethic. High energy and motivated by team and individual markers and goals.
Understanding our business and having the ability to address these questions and concerns from clients and other teammates is vital to your success in this position.
Desire to take a genuine interest in the business in an important attitude.
RequirementsEquine Business Strategies copy interns are responsible for the following:
1. Assisting Management, Administration, and the Sales Teams with whatever copy is needed.
2. Working together to attain the sales objectives for our individual and group sales objectives.
3. Preparing, reviewing and presenting information concerning issues or conflicts in a concise manner.
4. Preparing, reviewing and following up any and all copy that is required with accuracy and professionalism.
5. Following EBS guidelines, learning materials and other materials to maintain consistency in our brand.
6. Performing other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time by EBS.
