1. Help businesses and organizations of all sizes to create successful, profitable, and easy-to-manage internship programs by recruiting, screening, intern-viewing, and placing interns.
2. Create exciting, high-level, career-building internship opportunities for interns.
(We also provide consulting and public speaking services.)
Working at SuperInterns.com, you will be on a team, which may be responsible for, but are not limited to the following:
Research key topics and identify our target audience for the product/service to be created; state strategy plan; write outline of product or service (could range from free ebooks, Internship Kit in a Box, classes, webinars, etc.); develop product or service materials; work with other teams to support projects (Graphic Designers Extraordinaire, Video Moguls, Web Design Wizards, etc.); create target launch date; edits and launch! You do not need to be an expert, but rather have a thirst for learning about SuperInterns.com and growing as a Product Developer!
This is a learning environment; we don't expect you to know everything! Applicants with prior experience in Internet Marketing, Copywriting, and Advanced Internet Skills, are preferred, but WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to learn. Most of all, Internet Marketers maintain a tenacious, driven mindset, with an understanding of our brands and how to work with a varying amount of teams and teammates. If you want to be an internet marketer or copywriter someday, this internship will give you that experience!
ResponsibilitiesSkills and abilities:
To be a Super Intern, you need to be a good writer and communicator and super excited about creating products and services that will be promoted and sold at SuperInterns.com! You should be OUTGOING, DRIVEN, DEPENDABLE, TENACIOUS; have people skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills; be adaptable to changes in projects and priorities, comfort and proficiency with email, the Internet, and learning user-friendly software; able to multi-task and work independently; punctual, and able to attend Skype meetings once or twice a week (we will work with your schedule), and able to attend at least 10 SuperInterns.com Team Meetings.
You need reliable access to an Internet connection, your own computer, Skype, and phone.
This internship is virtual. You will work from home (or school, or Starbucks, or the library…or wherever). You can work anywhere as long as you have reliable internet connection and a quiet area for Skype meetings.
In addition to receiving high-level skills and experience that will forward your career goals and immediately increase your prospects for higher-paying, more rewarding jobs, you will also receive mentoring on your résumé, interviewing skills, and professional goals. Any work that is not confidential can be added to your professional portfolio. You will work directly with the CEO and Founder of SuperInterns.com and get the inside, behind-the-scenes view of a start-up, virtual, national/international company. You will have access to a variety of training materials on sales, marketing, internship program management, and other topics, worth thousands of dollars. Successful interns will receive a top-notch letter of recommendation and referrals to important business and employment contacts. In addition, we will gladly help you arrange for academic credit.
Immediately! Approximately 10 hours a week for 20 weeks for a total of 200 hours; we are flexible and your internship is negotiable. We will work with you.
This is an unpaid internship, but the experience is priceless!
RequirementsSkills and abilities:
Experience utilizing great writing skills, copywriting, and research for promoting a brand; comfort and proficiency with email, the Internet, and learning user-friendly software; organized, detail-oriented, dependable, excellent verbal and written communication skills; adaptable to changes in projects and priorities; able to multi-task and work independently; punctual, able to attend Skype meetings once or twice a week (we will work with your schedule), and able to attend at least 10 Team Meetings.

Students and NON-STUDENTS of any age (over 18) and those transitioning into (or building upon) a social media career are welcome to apply.
Your responsibilities day to day will include:
Write creative copy for a variety of projects including:
• Blog posts
• Marketing materials
• Social media
• Internal reports
• Be mindful of SEO best practices in all writing for the web.
• Use analytic software to gain insights about our consumers and implement copy that will lead to higher conversions.
• Analyze site usage
• Develop marketing strategies and tactics to achieve multiple business goals
• Participate in brainstorming creative sessions
• Assist design, sales and marketing teams as needed
You must have:
• Strong grasp of English language and impeccable grammar
• Knowledge of journalistic writing principles
• Computer and internet proficiency
• A working knowledge of concepts like SEO and Keyword Density.
• An ability to write in engaging active voice (as opposed to passive).
• A familiarity with Google Drive/Docs and WordPress
• An ability to learn quickly
• A detail oriented mindset
• An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• ability to manage time and meet deadlines
