Description

Aside from working on the collaborative efforts of President Danillo Medina's Re-Election campaign, assignments will be concentrated on the political campaign for a political figure representing Dominican-Americans primarily in the East Coast and Canada.

The work is creative and the audience is targeted towards Dominican-Americans who are billingual and spanish speaking only. Fluency in Spanish Speech, write... and thought is required.

Work can be done remotely but candidates in the NYC metro area are preferred. Attendance at a few meetings would be great and a lot of fun at public events.

Responsibilities

- Assist with editorial projects and provide support to the Communications Director.
- Proofreading
- Creative Writing in English and Spanish
- Work on special projects if desired

Requirements

- Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, English, business communications, communication arts or other general education degree. Or,
-Working towards a career in Social Media Management and/or Small Business Management
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience/interest in Internet Publishing Technologies
- Fluency in English and Spanish writing.
