DescriptionGreat American Group® Advisory & Valuation Services is one of the nation’s leading inventory appraisal and valuation firms. We work closely with financial institutions to help prepare asset-based loans for a variety of companies within a broad range of industries.
Great American has an opening for a paid Writing Internship in our Needham, Massachusetts office. The Writer Intern would be trained to work within a project team to prepare and proofread appraisal reports. Key areas of focus include researching and writing overviews of the appraised company, as well as the industry in which it operates.
Candidates must be excellent writers, with a genuine interest in learning about a broad range of companies and their industries. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines, strong research skills, and the ability to work within a fast-paced, team environment are also critical.
• 30 hour work week, with potential for fewer hours during the school year
• No benefits
• Personal transportation is required; GA is not accessible via T
