We have been paying attention to details for over 20 years in the Janitorial Industry. It is our continue goal to make sure our client's building appearance aligns with their company's brand.
Pivotal Cleaning Solutions, LLC. is a start up entity. Our clients are commercial businesses in metro Atlanta.

We are seeking interns who will take Pivotal Cleaning Solutions, LLC. to the next level. We are looking to increase our marketing efforts in social media, networking, word of mouth, etc. with the goal of increasing leads and customers.
The intern will be responsible for establishing and maintaining current social media platforms, creating an innovative marketing plan, and the implementation of the new marketing plan. Evaluation will be based on quantity and quality of new leads and customers generated from marketing efforts( as described above). Possibility of turning into a paid part-time/full-time position.
Responsibilities-Identify all local potential clients
-Assist with business development per blueprint and marketing strategy
-May assist with performing client assessment
-Assist with visits and/or arranging meetings with persons responsible for or
in a position to make decisions in regards to cleaning services, this includes private, public and non-profit
-Utilizes monthly marketing and public relations calendar to coordinate
activity with metro Atlanta focus
- Assist with customizing and then disseminating press releases
- Arrange presentations of Janitorial cleaning services at staff meetings in
offices, schools, doctor’s offices and private companies.
-Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing the CEO.
-Network with others in the industry to develop new
- Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, print
ads, networking, internet, social media, and develop new methods of
- Assist with managing a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management System
Requirements-Marketing background or experience.
-Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability
to prioritize in a changing environment
-Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills
-Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
-Ability to learn other software programs
-Strong verbal and written communication skills required
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Have experience with multiple social media platforms
