Marketing Internship and Social Media Specialist

De Bolton Enterprises is a Lifestyle Enhancement consulting and coaching service that is expanding and growing daily. We are one of the leading New Jersey life, home and business enhancement resource. We are currently looking for three enthusiastic, creative and motivated students. Those who are interested in marketing, customer service and the entrepreneurial startup world, this maybe an opportunity for you. We also are seeking an energetic, motivated intern to work with the online marketing team. This internship will allow the right individual to gain real world, online marketing experience in a fun, professional environment.

As we continue to expand our organization, we are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our division on a temporary basis and be based out of our office in Cinnaminson, NJ or telecommute. Reporting to the Owner, you will be responsible for taking an active role in our marketing operations while targeting new and existing clientele.

The marketing intern will report to the marketing manager and will mainly be assisting with and learning about link building and search engine optimization. Additional tasks may be assigned by the marketing manager as needed.

The right candidate for this internship must be computer savvy. We are willing to work with the intern to ensure they receive their internship hours in school, but the intern will be responsible for obtaining the right documentation from their college or university for us to complete.

This internship is unpaid, however, should the intern perform well and express interest, a full-time position may be available upon completion. Hours are flexible and can be catered to the individuals school and/or work schedule.

Job Description:
Your primary roles will be to help us maintain relationships with new/and or existing customers. To handle customer service online and over the phone. There will also be many opportunities for you to contribute your particular skills and strengths as needed in new Marketing Campaigns and Events.



o Market research -- make regular telephone calls to clients, in addition to tracking contacts and follow-up with existing and new clients.
•Researching blogs, articles and news in various industries congruent with our current projects.
•Writing articles and blog posts
•Posting and engaging on social media
•Editing and organizing image library
•Managing email lists and email marketing campaigns
•Research qualified prospective clients
o Data Entry of customer information for marketing campaigns
o Participate, Assist and Plan Vendor Expos, Events and Networking Events.
o Attend Networking Events on behalf of De Bolton Enterprises
o Daily communication on all social media outlets on behalf of De Bolton Enterprises
Contribute to the development of marketing communication items and documentation and social media campaigns.
o Provide customer support through our online or over the phone
o Conduct market research to find potential customers
o Build & Maintain online presence through social media and other channels
o Monitor and report any bugs and issues encountered on the website
o Contribute your own creative input as we grow and market our web service
o Miscellaneous duties, as assigned.


o Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's Degree program, preferably with Business Administration and/or Marketing coursework completed (upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply).
o Strong written and oral communication skills.
o Ability to multi-task
o Strong interpersonal skills.
o Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with MS-Office applications (i.e. Word, Publisher, Powerpoint, photoshop and Excel) is MANDATORY and experience with using computers, web applications and social media, Word Press
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o An eagerness to find creative ways to solve problems
o Enthusiasm & flexibility towards facing new challenges
o Ability to collaborate and work as part of a close-knit team
o Marketing, sales or customer service experience preferred
o Photography experience a plus
