SUMMARY
The intern position at UsedCardboardBoxes & UCBZeroWaste will assist with general office, HR, IT, Accounting, ZeroWaste and Marketing activities. The Intern will work with UCB teams and outside vendors as well. The Intern will be responsible for research, data entry, filing and general coordination. The UCB Intern may also be working on specific projects and/or campaigns that are UCB department specific. The Intern will be expected to learn the policies and procedures of UCB and adhere to those.
Responsibilities
- Run general industry related errands
- Manage databases and input data and records
- Research and gather documentation to present to their direct supervisor
- Attend meetings and take notes to better position themselves to assist
- Perform any administrative duties as assigned
