Video Producer (internship)

Description
In this role, you'll be shadowing our in-studio producer as we move through all aspects of production. So you'll get firsthand experience both seeing & assisting with planning, scheduling, scouting, & budgeting for commercial shoots, as well as working on-set, and managing the post-production process.
Responsibilities will include:
- assisting the producer, director, editors, and other key members of the production team as necessary.
- assist producer in location scouting, scheduling, communicating w/vendors & talent, ordering & tracking props, etc.
- working as a PA on shoot days
- sitting in on meetings, taking notes as necessary
- collaborating w/Recreation team to brainstorm, develop and execute social content ideas
Requirements
- organizational & problem-solving skills are a must!
- prior experience working in any aspect of film production is preferred, but not required
- ability to transport yourself to Irvington, NY twice a week
- nimble, adaptable and productive in a fast-paced, fluid work environment
- strong Internet researching skills
- team player who enjoys collaborating, is dedicated to learning, and committed to producing high-quality results
