Description
The intern position at UsedCardboardBoxes & UCBZeroWaste will assist with General office, HR, IT, Accounting, ZeroWaste and Marketing activities. The Intern will be working with UCB teams and outside vendors. The Intern will be responsible for research, data entry, filing and general coordination. The UCB Intern may also be working on specific projects and/or campaigns that are UCB department specific. The Intern will be working on-site and expected to learn the policies and procedures of UCB and adhere to those.
Overview
UsedCardboardBoxes and UCBZeroWaste (UCB) design, implement and manage large-scale waste reduction programs that help companies reduce waste (cost) and increase recycling & reuse (revenue). We help companies get to Zero Waste to Landfill at no out-of-pocket cost. UCB has created tremendous value at many of the largest manufacturers, distributors and retailers in North America, including McCormick Spice (World's Most Sustainable Food Manufacturer) where UCB manages all waste across 15+ plants.
