By embracing interns of diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, orientations, and abilities, our internship program aims to foster a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture that celebrates uniqueness and empowers all to thrive while contributing to our Fleet Feet success.

Fleet Feet's 9-week-long summer internship program will allow interns to put classroom learning into practice. Our internship experience focuses on professional development (think impactful work and stretch assignments), mentorship, networking, skills development, and on-the-job training across two areas.

From managing the store floor on a busy Saturday afternoon to collaborating with a technology company on deploying the latest capability in 3D foot scanning, Fleet Feet’s continued success relies on entrepreneurial spirits working in unison across projects, departments, disciplines, and locations, and we’re always seeking driven and collaborative people to join the team.

Fleet Feet is a people-first organization, and our interns are no exception. Fleet Feet interns will add and create value with every action and will be contributing members of our team and brand.

The deadline to submit applications is by October 31, 2023.

Our in-store internship will focus on the following two areas: Grassroots Marketing (medical outreach, workplace fits, community outreach) and Digital Marketing (social media, newsletters, website).
