SocietyROW is seeking a part time Production Assistant. This position reports to both the Creative Director and Asst. Creative Director, of SocietyROW and will be tasked with assisting both throughout the course of the internship.
As Production Assistant you will play an active role the development of SocietyRows community. You will help create ideas & projects that is relevant to our customer base. The responsibilities of the Production Assistant include assisting the communication design, interactive design, and concept forward in any work assigned. You will also work on the appointment appropriate staff to achieve moods of projects such as photoshoots in house and out of house. You will work with the all departments such as PR, Media, Graphic, and Style. You will work hand and hand with the Creative Director to ensure projects development and executed efficiently. You will help ensure the brands vision stays consistent internally & externally and goals are being met. of each Department to ensure goals of each department are exceeding expectations. He/she will assist the Creative Director and Directors in suggesting as well as implementing actions to increase impact of the overall brand visually.
- Work with departments to help ensure content is being produced in a timely manner via what’s app
- Assist on Mood Boards and Storyboarding for Ad Campaigns, Photoshoots and etc.with creative director and other directors/coordinators (with directors) via chat and weekly focus group phone call
- Oversee Wardrobe of pulls, pickups, return, designer request and that designers fit mood board
- On set assistant styling
- Work with fashion designers, boutiques, showrooms and modeling agencies to coordinate projects.
- Attend events within NYC with Directors & capture content
- Assist with press photo handling and distributing talent/artist press photos.
- Manage Pull Calendar
- Create and Organize Production Sheets/Call Sheets
- Oversee Booking and Scheduling via email and pass on info to staff or department as needed via whats app and email
- Assist Wardrobe of pulls, pickups, return, designer request and that designers fit mood board

Requirements
- Flexible schedule with great time management skills
- Have a true passion for fashion
- Background in Graphics, Digital Media
- Knowledge of high-end fashion designers, trends, bargains, current blogs & websites,
- Posses a fun, outgoing, youthful & welcoming personality.
- Extremely detail oriented and organized.
- work, intern or volunteer experience within the fashion industry ( i.e retail, visual merchandising, personal styling, fashion design, fashion blogging & etc)
- Must possess a strong familiarity with navigating through NYC
- Have a smart phone with internet access
