Description

This intern will be our first point of contact for the company and must display strong multitasking skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures), answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls as well as supporting our Intern Program Liaison. Will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing, clerical and administrative duties


Responsibilities
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. 
  • Maintains a professional, polite demeanor 
  • Enter contact information into contact management systems
  • Works closely with the Intern Program Director 
  • Knowledgeable about company and facility and comfortable answering student, parent or guest questions.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate in Marketing, Public Relations or Sales preferred, but not required 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great PR skills-Diplomatic, enthusiastic & joyful.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Excel 
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Experience with children.
