The Role

Culdesac is growing our team and looking for a Social Media Intern at Culdesac Tempe to help with our mission.

As our Social Media Intern, you will help shape the local and national conversation around urbanism, planning, transportation, and community in the US. You will be an integral part of our digital marketing vision and help elevate Culdesac’s brand awareness. You will be the company resource on what matters to our readers and consumers. This is an on-site Tempe based role.

2023 - 2028


The Requirements

You ideally have 1-2 years of experience developing high-quality content such as blog posts, emails, and you are an extraordinary writer and an even better editor.

You have experience in executing quality content projects from start to finish - ideation, writing, researching, editing, and distribution.

You use best practices in grammar, messaging, terminology, writing, and style.

You are passionate in the spaces that Culdesac operates in - urbanism, mobility, transportation, planning, and community.

You will research the latest trends and insights in Mobility, Urbanism, and Neighborhood Development.

You have experience in collaborating with marketing teams to create and execute marketing initiatives.

You think about both content and distribution.

You have a strong knowledge of social media principles and practices.

You prioritize a lifestyle leveraging public transportation, micromobility, and other alternatives to private cars.

Culdesac designs, builds, and manages walkable communities. Culdesac is a real estate developer and property manager. We build neighborhoods that embrace community, open space, and mobility. We offer residential units at a variety of price points integrated with local retail, commercial uses, and open space for nature and public plazas. Our communities prioritize biking, walking, and transit over cars and parking. We partner with leading mobility companies to deliver convenient and affordable transportation services. This creates a vibrant urban lifestyle without the need for a private vehicle.
