Business. Sales and Account Development is for the serious only, MUST BE 23, serious and open-minded and live in USA. The Ferry Godmother is looking for someone who is an overachiever to join the team, helping to identify sponsors for our art, music, gaming and community projects. It is perfect for someone who is highly motivated and has a personal desire to succeed at the highest level by developing relationships with businesses. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn how to become a fundraiser, cultivate sponsorships or go into sales of any kind. You would assist with setting goals, priorities and develop a fundraising strategy.

The position includes building a strong knowledge of sponsorship packages and call scripts, used to generate leads for potential or existing customers. We can teach you the fundamentals of doing the job successfully, but this position is only for the very confident overachiever. It is mostly direct interaction with potential clients, answering questions about our products, services, or the company in order to sell the benefits of sponsorship.

 *This position is for the extremely confident go-getter. Experience in sales preferred, but not necessary.

Requirements

·      Must be self-motivated and self-starter with a high level of drive, energy, and persistence

·      Must have good people skills, passionate about giving great customer service, and ability to build rapport.

·      The desire to learn account management and sales.

·      Must be a faster thinker on your feet.

·      Excellent organizational skills and able to meet goals.

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills

·      Conduct research, maintain and expand databases of prospective clients.

·      Ability to make effective calls to potential sponsors.

·      Previous sales experience is a plus, but not necessary.

·      Bilingual helpful, but not necessary.
