Description
The ideal candidate should be interested in a career in digital marketing. This person will assist with day-to-day marketing activities and projects, help manage content programs, including blog programs, social media, and email marketing, and will have a direct impact on driving acquisition efforts by helping execute advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses some hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, or managing display ads, and/or relevant coursework, certifications, and internship experience.
Responsibilities:
• Support the team in the set up and launching of advertising campaigns in platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Campaign Manager + DV360 in Google Marketing Platform
• Monitor and optimize ads to maximize results, ensuring budgets are on pace and KPIs are being met
• - Assist in the the development of acquisition marketing strategies & creation of materials for event promotion, lead generation, and sales enablement
• - Perform analysis of performance marketing data
• - Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials and provide recommendations on strengths, gaps, and opportunities
• Aid the paid search team in keyword research and data pulls and analysis
• Assist in writing ad copy for advertising campaigns
• Help with media planning research| • Participate in cross-channel training to learn multiple paid media channels

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Ability to work 20 hours per week
• Recently completed or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3 months of demonstrated hands-on experience or internship experience
• Ability to prioritize and multitask multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus
• Collaborate and work well within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and/or Google Suite, particularly Excel/Google Sheets
