Description

  • Assist in meeting organization
  • Learn the full recruitment process and support as needed
  • Identify areas for opportunity and recommend improvements to better enhance HR team effectiveness and ways of working
  • Support the greater Business Administration team in recruitment efforts by posting requisitions on various job boards and ensuring the requisitions are up to date 
  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related presentations, reports and surveys, and develop a working knowledge of best HR practices and tools
  • Participation in various HR projects such as engagement initiatives across the team such as games, competitions, and recognition

Our organization fosters job training for people with an alternative work environment that revolutionizes the way workspaces operate. With a non-hierarchical structure and four day work week, Necessary Behavior is dedicated to employing and training entry-level career professionals by providing the tools and resources needed to both students and non-students who seek experience. During our operation, we have employed and trained hundreds of diverse individuals aiding them in their transition to their future careers!
