Brand Strategy, Marketing & PR Apprenticeship

The Triumphant Group is an international product & brand management agency offering business development, brand awareness, and brand strategy to fashion, lifestyle, and consumer goods industries. 

We are looking for a college senior, recent college grad or multifaceted individual with interest in branding & marketing to join our team! 

This apprenticeship will be excellent for anyone looking to learn, first-hand, the facets of developing and promoting the careers of those in the fashion, media, lifestyle, and the consumer goods industry. There will also be ample opportunity to learn how strategy, social media, PR, partnerships, and marketing techniques are used for business development, and the impact that branding has on the success of a business. 

This apprenticeship is a total of 6 months. You will be provided with a company email address and access to other resources needed to be successful within this position. 

Ideal candidate has creative writing skills, social media experience and a semi-understanding of how Pop-culture, Sports, Fashion and Entertainment intersects with branding, marketing, current events and general business development.

This apprenticeship has the opportunity to turn into a full-time or extended contract position.

Weekly DUTIES TO INCLUDE A BALANCED VARIETY OF: 

Branding & Management: 

• -Contribute to the strategy, building process and expansion of client portfolios 
• -Research and support development of new business opportunities for clients 
• -Assist with planning and executing special events and projects as needed 
• -Assist with the following: 
• Defining and clarifying project scope 
• Developing the project plan 
• Developing the project schedule 
• Contribute policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives 

Social Media & Marketing: 

• -Implement marketing and advertising campaigns for our overall company, our services, our clients, and special projects. 
• -Assisting with production & distribution of weekly and monthly newsletters and social media content. 
• -Posting logos and organizational summaries to industry services related web sites and publications. 
• -General marketing duties that will help grow and accelerate our projects + businesses of our clients 
• -Strategize on exact posting dates and times 
• -Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas and memes, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts. 
• - Tracking the growth and the impact of social media on our business 
• - Replying to comments, messages, and reaching out/ following/ communicating with our target audience. 
• - May need to manage multiple accounts + social channels depending on the project. 

Public Relations: 

• -Developing, writing and distributing approved press releases. 
• -Media relations, including pitching, researching and scheduling interviews if needed. 
• -Building and maintaining relationships with both local and national media. 
• -Building and maintaining press kits. 

Business Development: 

• -Attending events, tradeshows, and seminars to strategically introduce brands to our business. 
• -Promotion of opportunities and services to clients, and database of network.
