This is an UNPAID internship opportunity. A letter of recommendation and/or college credits will be provided at the end of the internship. The internship is also open to undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. students.


The Business Manager is responsible for strategizing for the organization. You will be connecting with different departments. Many of these meetings will be directly set on your calendar. We have very clear expectations, so you will know where you stand at all times.


Responsibilities


  • Take sales calls with prospects and existing customers and strategize with them.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the sales/ marketing team for training opportunities.
  • Host meetings on company objectives and special tasks.
  • Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry.
  • Collect data from attendance forms/ task forms.
  • Develop sales training with the Sales Recruitment team.
  • Point of contact for interns.
  • Helping with school approval forms.

Requirements

  • Outstanding leadership ability.
  • Able to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Good over the Phone/Zoom.
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-Directed.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Open to learning new processes in sales.
  • Open to growing rapidly.
  • Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Business Manager.
