  • Determination letters sent by Friday, March 29
  • ​​​​​​​Term: May 6 – August 1 or May 28 – August 31


The Marketing intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Team while learning valuable skills related to public relations, social media, graphic design, event and program marketing. This internship program provides students with professional experience in a nonprofit organization and the opportunity to work in an engaging environment while assisting the marketing department. It is designed to help students learn about the many facets of multimedia and marketing through hands-on projects and prepare students for future job opportunities. Interns must be able to think creatively and strategically while assisting with traditional marketing responsibilities.


RESPONSIBILIITES: 

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing programs, campaigns and events
  • Assist with distributing marketing materials across Atlanta-metro area
  • Update and maintain various records and reports with a focus in Digital Analytics 
  • Assist marketing team with creative projects
  • Assist with content creation for various projects
  • Assist with special projects, campaigns and initiatives 
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Undergraduate, recent graduate, or graduate student, with a degree or concentration in graphic design, marketing, advertising, public relations or related area or related work experience 

• Attention to detail 

• Self-motivated, independent, quick learner 

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask 

• Desire to learn new concepts and work on new projects

• Availability to intern at least 20 hours per week 

• Should currently be enrolled and must have completed at least two years in a degree-seeking program
