About Courage to Caregivers

Recognizing that self-care is the “oxygen mask” for the mental illness caregiver, Courage to Caregivers offers three signature programs to provide hope, support and courage to caregivers and loved ones of those living with mental illness. We provide two programs for caregivers weekly - Breathing Meditation and Support Groups. Due to the pandemic, all of our programs are being provided virtually, via Zoom. We are now able to support caregivers no matter where they live! We also provide peer support through our One-to-One Caregiver Peer Support program. The program connects caregivers with volunteers who have experience caring for someone with a mental illness. The purpose of the program is to provide participants with training and resources to help them take care of themselves both physically and emotionally so they are better able to take care of someone else. We’re currently looking for dynamic, enthusiastic team members to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for you to partner with a growing organization and to contribute to our success. If you have a professional, positive attitude with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, read on.
