Our Seller Engagement team partners directly with our thousands of sellers to curate a diverse collection of inventory that serves and inspires our buyers all around the world. Were looking for a motivated, energetic, and outgoing music lover who wants to gain sales experience in a fast-paced environment this summer. As an intern on our Seller Engagement team, youll have your hands in projects that support the expansion of our community of sellers and enable them to grow their shop presence. Youll gain practical experience with CRM management, lead generation, and exposure to the entire lifecycle of a Seller on Reverb. This is a full-time, paid internship lasting up to 10 weeks. Responsibilities: * Working closely with the Seller Engagement team to execute on the Seller Engagement strategy * Assisting sellers in setting up their Reverb shop * Assisting new and existing sellers to manage and expand inventory on Reverb * Generating and managing inbound leads within our CRM * Working with sellers to adopt new features Requirements: * Currently pursuing a degree (Major or Minor) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. * Past sales experience a plus. * Some experience with data entry. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills through past projects, jobs, or internships. * Strong computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software. * Must be local to Chicago and willing to work full-time hours for up to 10 weeks.
