HR Intern DJI - Burbank, CA3.5 13 hours agoFull-timeEstimated: $25,000 - $33,000 a year Apply Now Education * Bachelor's Degree As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on different HR projects and assistant HR team in managing daily operation, while gaining hands-on experience in the human resources business environment. The HR Intern will be required to go to both Burbank and Cerritos Location based on needs. Responsibilities: * Support on sourcing and scheduling interviews. * Support and streamline the onboarding process. * Research on various HR topics/best practices and present findings to the HR team. * Review and audit temp agency invoices and generate related reports for labour cost analysis. * Coordinate office events, i.e. BBQ party, etc. * Other duties as assigned by your manager. Requirements: * Work toward a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Employment Relations, or other related subjects. * Past internship or full time working experience in human resources preferred. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Detail oriented, strong customer service mentality, and possess a can-do attitude. * Must exhibit discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation. * Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) a big plus. Others: FLSA Compliance and Work Hours: This is a temporary, part-time, nonexempt position. 20 hours per week. Travel: Occasional local travels may be required. Work Environment: The HR intern will work in an office environment primarily. This position requires occasionally lifting office supplies, documentation, up to 10 pounds.
