Quality Engineer Intern Dare Auto, Inc. - Plymouth, MI 3 hours agoInternshipEstimated: $30,000 - $38,000 a year Apply Now Education * Bachelor's Degree Skills * Manufacturing Experience * APQP * Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing ) Follow the Automotive APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process to coordinate the program team to get the program deliverable done on time. 2) Assist the team in manufacturing plants to get the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) done correctly and on time. 3) Facilitate the fault tree analysis, DFMEA and PFMEA development. 4) Attend the customer meetings, and clearly understand, and deploy the customer specific quality requirements. 5) Work as quality and system level liaison to ensure the product quality and reliability. 6) Write the company TS16949 quality procedures, and build up the company quality systems. 7) Report the system and component level DVPR (Design verification and production validation) test status, and submit the reports to customer 8) Follow the automotive embedded software development process such as CMMI/ASPICE to do the embedded software quality 9) Follow the ISO26262 requirements to do the electronic product safety Basic requirements 1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering 2) Proficient in the APQP, ASPICE, ISO26262 and IATF16949 process 3) 0-3 years working experience in Automotive APQP and ASPICE. SQE/manufacturing experience is preferred. 4) Can read the engineering 2D (GD&T) & 3D drawing and the electronic schematics 5) Creative 6) Capability to handle the difficult situation 7) Have a positive attitude 8) Good team player Preferred 1) Speak and write both English and Mandarin Chinese Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Internship Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: * mandarin (Preferred) Work Location: * One location
