Intern - IT Project Management Location: Greensboro, NC Market America, a product brokerage and Internet marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking an Intern for our PMO team to serve as Project Coordinator in our IT environment. Position Summary PMO Intern will get intense exposure to project management activities and will gain strong experience working on various project management tasks for our PMO. We are looking for an individual who has interest in project management and is highly driven, is willing to take new challenges, is a problem solver, and has a very good attitude. The intern will work closely with our PMs and help with projects and PMO activities. Fulltime employment past graduation is possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Works with PMs on project assignments Updates PMO confluence frequently Assist with PMO roadmap and process documentation Prepares weekly PMO status report Coordinates team activities to ensure completion of tasks Evaluates status of assignments for accuracy and timeliness Facilitates meetings to effectively review requirements, set success criteria, and assign tasks Coordinates and reviews all testing results for accurate and timely completion Ensures that project documents are accurate and complete, and stored appropriately Works with architects on architectural projects Education Bachelor?s degree in business management, computer science, or related field in process Enrollment in Master?s program in business management, computer science, or related field a plus Some work experience preferred (1 year for an active student) Skills Proficient use of MS Office Products- MS Project, Excel, word, PowerPoint Interest in Project Management Knowledge in JIRA and Confluence Understanding of Agile and Scrum process Internships are part-time, between 15-28 hours per week with flexible hours Mon ?
