This program gives real-world hands-on experience to driven and enthusiastic students. We are looking for self-motivated and creative students who can assist with achieving our vision of being recognized as the best utility in the nation. The summer 2019 program begins on Monday May 20th and will end on Friday August 9th. Students will have the opportunity to network and learn through experienced leaders and employees at OUC. At the end of the program, selected students will also have the opportunity to showcase their experiences and projects they have completed throughout their time at OUC. Designated business Unit: Information Governance Status: Full-Time Job Overview: The selected intern for this position will be responsible for the following Responsible for planning and completing a data mapping project. Interview managers on systems and applications used by their department and the type of records created from these systems. Support yearly vital records inventory. Work will focus on craft (blue collar positions), emerging technologies and research, and Informational Technologies. Intern will be introduced and exposed to job competencies, and navigating the Talent Management Portal by updating in inputting job information. Required program of study: Information Technology Business, Information Systems Business, Computer Information System Required Skills: Organizational skills, writing and grammar, confidence to lead meetings, Word, Excel General understanding of Information Systems (inputs, outputs, databases, applications, etc.).
