Only candidates who apply via our company website will be considered.Job Functions: Run daily SAP reports for Spare Parts Order Management and review and analyze errors such as missing pricing, and weights, or credit blocks. Request needed information/task to resolve errors and create and populate a tracking matrix for the error categories. Record resolution and timing. Follow up as necessary. Work with colleagues in Order Management and other Departments to understand root causes and corrective actions needed for the various errors Support improvement initiatives for new monthly order behavior database Provide customer support as needed, including answering parts and order inquiries, populating parts lists and reference sheets and preparing or updating presentations Keep management informed on current workload, issues and future assignments Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior Adhere to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality Maintain professional relationships with company employees, clients and customers, both internal and external Represent the company professionally in all interactions both internally and externally Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code Of Conduct. Perform special projects as required.Qualifications: Required: Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Sales and having completed a minimum of one year of college. An outstanding academic performer 3.0 / 4.0 GPA or equivalent academic requirement. Good oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others. Good organizational, planning and follow-up skills Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
