Were everything you need in one place. ABOUT THIS POSITION This position will work directly under our Senior Social Content Specialist. They will be responsible for helping coordinate Agency FIFTY3s social media strategy.The ideal candidate will be creative and able to work on a variety of assignments. We have been changing the way people utilize and think of social media marketing in the multifamily space to make a direct impact on the company and clients marketing goals. RESPONSIBILITIES* (Including but not limited to)* * Coordinate and execute Agency FIFTY3s social media strategy for the company and clients alike. * Support copy editing, content creation, reporting, etc. for company and client social channels. * Planning, analysis, relevant research, support, and grow social media campaign activities and assist with any services as needed. * Collaborate with team members to develop marketing material for social channels. * Curate and maintain social media assets via project management tools. * Keep assets organized, up-to-date, and accessible for Social Media Team. * Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude about the company with team members and clients alike. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media related fields, Photography, Film, or Digital Media or related field. * Experience in social media marketing. * Interest in social media trends and current events. * Comfortable with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. * Prior experience with social media management platforms, a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Embody a team player mentality, ability to accept and deliver constructive criticism. * Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines. * A creative spirit. Ready to work in a variety of markets and demographics. * Must work in-house with the Agency FIFTY3 team. * Embody the team culture and core values every day. * Prior experience withvideo/audio editing software like Adobe Premiere (preferred).
