E-commerce Business Analyst Intern Join us as an E-Commerce Business Analyst Intern! Intern activity participation may include but is not limited to: comprehensive onboarding, operational duties in their department, project-based duties, training via online and/or classroom, virtual speaker series with senior leaders, networking opportunities, job shadowing, presentations, and volunteer project. Experience You Will Gain * Coaching and mentorship from experienced business performers and leaders. * Support the sales department applying forecasting methods to better fulfill the customers demands. * Data analytics experience. Report the analysis results as a fundamental for decision making. * Assist with product compliance. Proactively prevent out of stocks. Audit the market to identify patent infringement products. * Problem solving experience. Resolve product complaints from customer. Gather and provide solicited paperwork from engineering to the customers compliance department. Qualifications * Full-Time undergraduate or graduate student. * Completed at least two years of a four-year degree program. * Major / field of study related to applicable internship (i.e. Business Administration, Marketing). * Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. * Ability to commit to a 10-12 Week summer program. * Prefer ability to work 40 hours / week during the 10-12 Week summer program. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). * Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, graphs). * Interest on quantitative methods (business statistics, regressions, forecasting). * Familiar with Amazon and other e-commerce sites. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). * Proactive with a positive attitude. * Desire to learn. * Works well in a collaborative environment. * Strong project planning, tracking and organizing skills. * Strong decision-making skills. * Understanding of where projects fit into overall company goals and strategies. * Takes initiative. * Brings impeccable follow-up skills. * Ability to learn new technology systems quickly. * Ability to multitask and prioritize projects. * Must be able to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
