As a Spectrum Intern, you ll be essential to two teams your respective department and your Intern peer group. Partner with other accomplished and dedicated interns on research and cross-functional projects. You ll have an opportunity contribute real value and meaning to the larger organization. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. What you can expect in this role The Spectrum Voice Product team is working on a large new product development launch effort for SMB Hosted Voice, and the intern position will be focused on support for that program in various capacities. The position will gain useful insight and exposure into cross-functional product development and delivery for a large organization. Duties will include project management analysis and support, product development analysis and support, and portal development analysis and support. The assigned mentor for the intern is responsible for project management and end-to-end delivery of requirements, so the intern role will largely be supporting the launch program overall. Additionally, the role will have exposure to product design and development, including product analysis support for features and the customer experience. Lastly, the SMB Hosted Voice product will launch with a customer facing feature management portal and will include exposure into portal launch preparations and overall delivery of software requirements.
