Become a Superhero-In-Training Proofpoints Product Manager Summer Internship is exciting hands-on internship within our Email Security Products team! You will be responsible for developing a product growth strategy including identifying a comprehensive analysis of customers, competitive landscape, product opportunities, and technical challenges. Additionally, you will be embedded with the day-to-day activities of the team and responsible for taking features from concept to market working closely with engineering and customers. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to: Work with our Product Management team to help further develop our product roadmap Performing market research and competitive analysis to help define the direction for our products Measuring and tracking key business, financial metrics Synthesizing direct and indirect customer feedback and data to identify product opportunities Your Current Super-Skills Previous Internship experience as a Product Manager or a Software Developer Leader, influencer, self-starter, team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills BA/BS in Computer Science MBA is a plus Your Superhero Profile You have the ability and interest in working full time (40 hours/week) onsite in our Sunnyvale, CA office . You are currently pursuing a university degree , and are successfully maintaining an above average GPA, preferably 3.0 or higher.
