Human Resources Intern Treadmaxx Tire Distributors - Ellenwood, GA 9 hours agoFull-time$15 - $20 an hour Apply Now Education * High School Diploma or GED Skills * Administrative Experience * Driver's License * Microsoft Office The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team through administrative duties as well as contributing to larger HR projects and initiatives. Responsibilities: * Assist with talent acquisition to include posting jobs, reviewing resumes, pre-screening applicants and scheduling interviews * Take ownership of recruiting direct phone line, following up on candidate inquiries * Coordinate the pre-employment process for candidates, ensuring all steps have been completed (backgrounds, drug screens, physicals, etc.) * Communicate directly with field managers to gather feedback on recruiting efforts * Collection and organization of documents to maintain company DOT Driver files * Producing reports on key HR metrics and interpreting the data * Clerical work in management of insurance claims * Fill-in at the front desk for a few hours every week to answer phones, greet guests and receive deliveries * Providing overall assistance to Risk Management, Payroll, Benefits and Compliance * Other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and Skills: * Education: High School Diploma or GED * Solid grasp of MS Office * Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload * High level verbal and written communications skills * Organization * Discretion and confidentiality We are located at 2832 Anvil Block Rd, Ellenwood, GA 30294 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour Experience: * Administrative: 1 year (Preferred) License: * Driver's License (Required) Work authorization: * United States (Required)
