Job Description Responsibilities will include maintenance/support of Oracle Financial System and Concur. Accuracy is critical for this position as well as an attention to detail. This position will also assist with system quarterly upgrade projects and will learn to manage service request tickets in KU's Service Now ticket management system. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at KU. Currently enrolled in the KU Business School. Prior knowledge of business office operations and office equipment (i.e. fax, copier, PC experience) as evidenced in application materials. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Outlook and MS Office suite software (Excel, Word, & Visio, specifically) as evidenced in application materials. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently and on schedule as demonstrated by application materials. This position will close when a candidate is selected to fill the position. Work Schedule 12-15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. during the academic year and summer. Must be able to work a minimum of a two-hour block of time each day scheduled. This is a year-round position.
